To help with this, ADVANSA has developed a customizable pillow, designed from scientific and ergonomic studies to adapt to your anatomy and ensure optimal spinal alignment for a better quality of sleep.

Method to measure the right filling weight
1- Choose the position where you fall asleep the most
2- How to measure yourself?
BACK SLEEPER: Position yourself with your back to the wall, heels against the wall and measure the distance in cm between your occiput and the wall.
SIDE SLEEPER: Position yourself in profile, with your shoulder touching the wall and measure the distance between the wall and ear.
STOMACH SLEEPER: Consult directly the table, a minimum filling weight should be considered.
3- HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT FIBRE WEIGHT?
The distance measured in cm is the same as the height under load that the pillow must have to support the head effectively.
The bellow table indicates the required amount of fibreball filling to add or remove based on your measurements. The red line helps to quickly match the measured distance to the required filling weight.
• High support : Distance from 7,5 to 14+ cm - 600 grams of fibres - You need to add 80 grams. (The equivalent to ¾ of a pouch)
• Medium support: Distance from 4 to 7,5 cm 520 grams of fibres The weight of the pillow should suit you. You can add or remove a few grams if necessary.
• Low support: Distance from 2 to 4 cm 420 grams of fibres. You need to remove 100 grams. (The equivalent of the pouch)
The quantity in grams of fibre-filling should be adjusted depending on the firmness of your mattress. Add some if the mattress is soft or remove it if the mattress is very firm.
4- CHECK Proper Alignment on the Pillow
When lying on the pillow, ensure your position aligns your occiput or shoulder and spine in a straight line.
